Q: How much space do I need?

A: All of the game descriptions ("List of Games") show the dimensions of the individual games.  We typically only need another 2-3 feet beyond the game dimensions for adequate spacing.

We can set up indoors and out, on any level surface including: small gravel, pavement, cement, grass, driveways, dirt, garages/shops, etc.  If you are cramped for space at your personal residence you might consider using a local park, community center, church, school, etc for your event site.

Q: What happens if it rains; what about snow?

A: We can do events all season long.  As long as it is not actively raining and/or snowing, we can still conduct an outdoor event.  Due to electrical hazards and participant safety (i.e. slipping / falling), once it begins to rain/snow, we have to shut off the games and stop participation.

We are willing to work with you when it comes to "weather" related issues that are beyond anyone's control.  If possible, it is a good idea to have a backup plan and alternate indoor location available if inclement weather is anticipated.  In some cases, we can simply wait up to 20-30 minutes for the rain/snow to stop and get the activities going again.

Q: Can I cancel an event?

A: All events and games are booked on a "first-come, first-served" basis.  Therefore, you may cancel at any time during normal office hours (9am-6pm; Mon-Fri), as long as you provide us with at least 48 hours notice.  Events will be cancelled only by personal direct contact with the event purchaser...no emails or voice messages accepted.  Once the 48 hour time period has passed, the event cannot be cancelled and no monetary refund will be given.

Q: Do you have insurance?

A: Yes, we carry a $1,000,000.00 liability insurance policy from a trusted insurance leader in the Inflatable Game industry.

Q: How much electricity do I need?

A: All of our fans operate off of a standard electrical outlet (110V) found at any residence.  Some of our fans draw significant amounts of amperage (Amps) during the initial 'inflation phase' but scale back once the game is inflated.  Depending on what game(s) are rented we can inform you of the necessary electricity needed for the games you've rented.
